The cookies are the ones that are rolled paper-thin... a delicate little munch... very nice with the coffee!
My favorite herb/spice company has always carried wonderful cocoa (so rich you can substitute it for baking chocoate without adding the usual blob of butter), and a couple of years back they started offering cocoa mixes that are just wonderful. A heaping teaspoon of mix added to coffee with a touch of cream.... heavenly!

The ginger cookies are an intensely flavored spice cookie -- like a gingersnap, but with the flavor condensed into a delicately thin wafer.

makshi, yes, they're not an "everyday" treat for us either... but I wouldn't want to try to make them! They are wafer-thin, and the tin is filled with several "stacks" of them... A tin would last a long time if you only ate one or two... but they're a bit like potato chips in that way!
