Bay soil conservation district 2001 spring tree sale-
you can order spruce,pine,fir and cedar trees..LOTS
they have fruit trees and dogwood,highbush cranberry(?),carolina polular, red maple,white oaks and then some packages-wildflower package, bird n butterfly pack, enviroment pack(im ordering), michigan native hardwood pack,
butterfly pack, hummingbird pack, beauty pack.
plantskydd(?)keeps deer away for 6 mo.
weedbarrier mats-4x4 square
fruit trees-apple,plum,cherry,peach and ornamental apple-8.00 per tree!
the pick up site is right down the road! yahoooooo
I got some red maples n spruce last year! going to order more this year

Can I get a copy of that from you? We can compare prices. I have the ones from Roscommon and Ogemaw counties. I am going to get the ones form missaukee and otsego counties.

The prices really do vary and so does what they offer.

CALL YOUR LOCAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT AND ASK WHERE THEY BUY THE SEEDLINGS FROM. NOT ALL BUY FROM LOCAL OR LIKE CLIMATE ZONES.
