Cedrus libani

Probably (but not definitely) var. atlantica, but could perhaps be var. libani (or even var. stenocoma, if anyone has planted any - but this variety is still very rare in cultivation).

C. l. stenocoma must have been available some 5-7 years ago, as it shows up at that age at the local and Denver Botanical gardens.

I think the above is atlantica, just from the tighter needles.

It was introduced some time before that, at least 40-50 years ago, but only a very few major botanical gardens got it back then.

One of the specimens in Denver. (which, it must be noted is zone 5, or 6 with the heat pool.)
