The "rose" cones are form the park...libani or deodora?

some more
some open more inthe middle than others
Some cone scales fall off around the outside leaving the fat center (cob like) and the top.
Is this due to weathering?

This one (rose like) opened naturally like this. The cedrus that looks really light and a bit muddy I believe is one I sprayed with brown paint...yucky....

These are Cedrus libani, most likely Cedrus libani var. atlantica (Atlas Cedar) from the blue foliage

Due to a quirk of introduction (only small amounts of seed introduced), most of the Cedrus libani var. libani in cultivation are green, while most of the Cedrus libani var. atlantica are bluish. In the wild, both can be either.

I suppose that is what is confusing me too. Some of the foliage is short blue, some short green, some long green.
So am I to understand that the short needles are libani and the long deodora? The short green being Cedrus libani var. libani and the short blue being Cedrus libani var. alantica? With Libani cones being more purple/brown this time of year? What color are they when they first start?
Hopefully I'm getting some of this. I am a site person so need to see and have hands on to "get it". Long explanations don't sink in...LOL
Thanks for your patience and help!
