I think the second set of numbers is for efficiency within the destination PO not getting it there.
At least that is what I seem to remember the explanation when they first started it.
Ok .. we have 20 volunteers for now .. I'm going to close it but will take more if we can get them from maine, alaska and/or hawaii.
I'll match up people tonight and post partners Saturday or Sunday. The target date to mail everything off will be Monday, December 4th (or you can do it Sunday since there is no Sunday pickup). That will give everyone a week to get everything together.
