That is correct.

Do cars pass on that bridge????? ;0)

Man that is one scarey bridge. I wouldn't go across it ever.

Is it in VA?

L.A. (Canoga Park), CA(Zone 10a)

Only a certain kind of car goes over that bridge.

It is not in VA.

That bridge had a wide sidewalk and good railing. I walked across it with minimal fear and I am terrified of heights.

Does it go over the Ohio River? There are big railroad bridges near Cincinnati and Marietta....

Could it be the Kinzua Bridge, McKean County, PA which was felled by a tornado in July 2003?

L.A. (Canoga Park), CA(Zone 10a)

Yes, it is Kinzua Bridge.

Burlingame, CA(Zone 9a)

Aw, I only got that 'cos I did a google search and happened to come across a website dedicated to the bridge - strictly a lucky break. I wouldn't walk over it though.
