I had these all over outside this summer, and in the 29 years I've lived here, I've never seen one of these before! What is it?

LOL!!! That's a perfect name for it, too! And their real name is really a misnomer. They're anything but graceful when they move. They waddle. LOL. Thanks!

It was on a web. That was my first clue. LOL. But I know what you mean! It looks like some alien thing!
