I saw this in the plantfiles and the comment was that it's more cold hardy than the regular moon flower. Does anyone have any idea if this might actually be evergreen for me? Would the cold hardy factor have a reverse effect of making it also less heat tolerant (can't have that LOL). I can't find any info on this or find it for sale. Is anyone growing it?

The dark seeded strain was originally collected from Florida...although some people claim it came from South Africa...

Since the plant has grown nicely for Stacey in Texas and in Florida...I tend to think that it is just as heat tolerant, but how water efficient it is in an arid zone has not yet been reported...

" i think i might have a bunch" ?? LOL They would be VERY dark, just about black- here's the link to Stacey's pic of the seeds comparing them to the regular moonflower.
