Our house is on a rather steep slope. And it happens that our neighbours up the hill drain
all their gutters on a conrete patio that slopes toward our house. So on a day of heavy rain
all the water from their roof and patio drains past my house as a bubbling spring.
There are large oaks all around the house so any deep or extensive digging, I fear, would kill them.
I am at a loss. I thought I try you guys for ideas of what to do.
