Best Soil & Exposure for Crinodendron & Embothrium

I'm doing a new planting of Crinodendron hookeri, patagua & Embothrium coccineum. Anyone have recommendations on best soil for blooms and best exposure?

Sorry I don't have too many suggestions...you'll have to let me know if you have any luck with the Embothrium though, I've had trouble getting it to do well. Only think I know about it is don't give it phosphorus containing fertilizer, and I think it also needs really good drainage.

They both prefer acidic soil.
