The other day, during one of our warmer days lol DH noticed that there was a bush growing across the fence next to the rr tracks in the ditch, it looks exactly like our burning bush, then he noticed these red berry looking things on our bush and some of them were opened up and had what looks to be, an orange colored seed in them, I snagged some off the bush and would like to know if this are indeed seeds, Sorry for the bad picture, I still haven't gotten a new camera...

Hi, cegoins,there are seeds in the berries. If it's the same Euonymus I have, it's an invasive species. I was told to cut it down.
That looks like the seeds to me...they are listed as invasive as claypa said....I wouldn't plant them.

Take a look at this thread Connie...the last picture shows someone struggling with the moral dilemma. Pretty cute, but apparently it is a problem, and it sounds like yours is spreading already. Also take a look at Euonymus alata (or alatus) in PlantFiles
