Weight Loss Challange Oct. 22 - Oct. 28

Hughesville, MO(Zone 5a)

I certainly don't have anything to brag out this week. I'm back up to 137#. I'm go to have to do something to reverse this trend or I will be back where I started 2 years ago. That is a very depressing thought.

The 'cheesecake' I brought home last night and gave to Holly & Kyle(I had Kyle send some home with me which I promptly ate too much of)was so sweet it is a wonder I wasn't sick from it. I think it must be nothing but Cool Whip and powdered sugar with a little flavoring in it. I called Holly and told her to give it to Kyle's best friend and his children. Put it in Kyle's car for him to take to work or something.

We are still working on the drain in the basement. He had the driven the PVC pipe up tight against the plug and it couldn't go any farther but the plug has now been removed. It is now running freely. So all that is left to do is drive the PVC far enough back in that it reaches the large 6" drain pipe which never plugs up. He and Kyle will then attach access pieces and hook the whole system back together. The access will allow us a straight shot into the pipe where the stoppage always is and if it stops up again we can get to it very easily. Mostly lots more hammering to do.

I need to get breakfast for both of us. Tho I really am not hungry at all. I brought home a 'cheesecake' that was left over from the fish fry last week. Wish I hadn't and I know Holly wishes I hadn't. I won't do that again. It tastes like CoolWhip with powdered sugar and a little flavoring in it. Very tasty, sickenly sweet and entirely too many empty calories. Next time someone says cheesecake I will taste it before paying for it.Or at least ask what kind of cheesecake they are talking about. If I had tasted it I wouldn't have bought it. Now I have to work off all those calories too.

GOD bless and keep each of you.
