Can you give me the IPPS # for the H. lacunosa Borneo? I got one from Sweden which hasn't bloomed and I would like to find more information about it. It sure doesn't look like a lacunosa to me....

Oh good they came through. Nice choices. THat sulawesi is on my list too. I didn't see H. sp. bogor on he's list, I better check it out again.

Carol, I posted a bit of misinformation about the H. lacunosa Borneo. I stated above that the flower is pink. It is not. It appears to be cream to white with a red center. Not all white like the common lacunosa that we buy in the big box stores here in the U.S.
I guess I was thiking of H. lacunosa Tove when I said it has pink flowers. That is one that i'd like to aquire!
Tami,I was very pleased with the size and quality of my cuttings but sad to find out that the one I wanted the most which by the way was the H. sp. sarawak turned out not to be the one I wanted.
I didn't pay any attention when placing my order that Mr. Shirley has 2 different H. sp sarawak hoyas listed. Apparently they are very different. On his webpage one has a picture and one doesnt.
I wanted the H. sp sarawak GPS 10073 which is the rosy pink flowered one which in the photo appears to have fairly large leaves the one I got has leaves like lacunosa almost.
I didn't include the numbers on my order and ended up getting the H. sp sarawak 10120. I guess since I didnt specify he just sent whichever he wanted to which isnt a problem. I'll just place another order with him sometime in the future and order the right one along with a few others of interest to me.
