CLOSED: flying bugs in Hagerstown Maryland

There are dozens of tiny bugs (fraction of finger nail size) in our house, they are tiny like a very small fruit fly and I wonder if these are mealys. Anyone in Maryland particularly, HELP US identify these bugs.
