My Plumeria, grown from seed.....1

Finally, I chose to plant one the branches I had cut and kept in the corner I mentioned above. Since things are taking shape and has come to some finality, I chose this spot. I did not bring in the mother plant and left it there, still bent down. I cleared up the area which was a piling yard for my various things. Here it is now. Went for the biggest branch. I saw some little white roots emerging in the smaller ones you can see there in that corner. I may give a few or all to my friend. I have not much space now to think of a small spreading tree. Dug up a hole just less than a foot deep and planted this one.

There are now leaves in that above cutting as well as one other. I want to grow the other one not planted instead of the one planted. I plan to exchange them. Also, the back of the mind says to plant it next to it, with the stems almost touching each other. Will that work?

That is certainly possible; near me someone has three trees mingled together, and when they are in bloom the red, white and yellow blooms are very interesting together.

So shall I make a hole almost touching the stem of the bigger one and put that one in? Sounds attractive. That way, I can have both in one place. That is better than growing them in containers.

I decided to put it one foot next to it. Put one more in a bag of mud.
