My Lilium Regale Alba set two seedpods about the size of my thumbs with lots of seeds, I think more than a thousand of them. I cannot handle so many so if any of you wants some, please let me know. I can send to about ten members. From the part of the pod I opened I could see that about 60% are viable while the rest are chaf. I will be sending without separating the two. An easy way to tell if the seed is viable is that if you hold it between your fingers and try to bend the seed it offers resistence...it is more substantial than chaf, and of course the line in the middle is visible.
Once I have a list of the members who want these seeds, I can send in about two weeks. Since I am sending from Europe and for the first time, I am not sure how to proceed. Would notmal postage envelops be okay?
