I was going to bed early tonight - guess that's not on the cards now because I am not leaving here until I see the fireworks.......come in No.3000!!!

Louisa, I'd bet they've already hit the sack, I think they've been pretty busy with their "real" garden in addition to keeping up with DG.

I'd also hazard a guess that Dave, being the wizard that he is, has a program in place to kick off when #3000 signs up....it'll just SEEM like he's doing it in person...I am curious to see what it is this time, after the hoopla of #1000 and #2000.

I was hoping that #3000 would sign up while I'm still logged this evening, but I don't know if I can prop open my eyelids long enough to find out. Guess I'll know by morning.......good night, friend!

Well, it was raining last night, and the firework fuse must have been wet and didn't automatically go off. :-)

This morning the pyro-technicians got right to work, and the fireworks are lighting up the DG homepage. Congrats everyone! We made 3,000 fast, didn't we?!
