Morning Glory BUSH??

Is there such a thing?? I was just talking to a friend. She has a plant in her yard that someone called a morning glory BUSH. Fact or fiction?? She said that to her it looks like a double hibicus. Thanks for any info ya'll can provide.

There are dwarf morning glory bushes, Convulvulus. And then there's a tropical morning glory bush that grows 6 ft tall. It's Ipomoea Carnea:
