CLOSED: any one have coleus?

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Does anyone have coleus for me???? I need to plant 3 of 3 different colors. Thanks.
Will pay postage.

Orlando, FL

I have a lot of coleus but would think its cheaper to buy the little plants in the stores. also the post office throw them around and they most likely are not worth the problem. I have lots of different colors I would share if only u were close enough. I just pinced mine back this morning and they are about 3 ft tall. If you want to root them yourself I could send you cutting of all I have but will not gruarantee they will live. If sent priorty they should reach you in two or maybe three days and I could wrap a wet cloth or potting mix or so. If you want to pay for the postage. Fran

Hi Fran and thanks for responding. Maybe you're right, I'll check my local hardware store here, they're pretty reasonable. Thanks anyway! They just mean more to me when I get them from a DGer!

Bay, AR(Zone 7a)

I have some that will need to come out soon as it will not survive winter here. There are two different ones but they're both red/green leaf varieties. One is a kind of jagged edged one and the other is the more rounded leaf. They are quite large.... here's a pic....

Donna, yes, let's do that...how far are you from the beach???!!?!!?!!? I was in Long Beach this weekend and last, should have called you!
Thanks so much sweetie pie!

Great!! I will get these in the mail soon. You can reimburse me when you receive them. I am so glad they will not just be dying. I also have some wonderful salvia. Let me know if you would like any. I have two wave petunias that are just going to die as well. One is pictured with the salvia, the other is a double wave pink. I will try to post it too.

Wow, Michele, ....You have that many plants to share? I've lost several plants this year, I think they were getting old. I'm going to be on a local Garden Tour in May and my poor garden looks so empty right now. I know that many of my annuals will fill in the bare spots, but I do "LOVE" my perennials too. I've also been moving many of my plants into different areas because many of my plants are creating too much shade for the area they were in. When you are really ready to send plants, just let me know and I will send you the postage immediately.

Louise and I have been saying for over a year that we were going to visit each other, other than the RU's. We hit it off immediately. :-) This will surely give us a reason to finally see each other again.

Louise, you were only 5-7 miles from here dear. Yes, you should have called. lol My house is 3 miles from the ocean. Just far enough to get a nice ocean breeze on a hot day, but not too close to have the beach overcast on a beautiful day. Please, lets get together soon.

Kaykay, can you just send them to Donna? With what bad is sending and then a friend e-mailed me and is sending me some coleus too, I'm afraid I might have too much. Is that ok Donna. I'm sorry kaykay. I didn't expect to be offered so much! Thanks anyway,
Yes Donna, I should have stopped by. I don't have your phone number anyway! Have fun planting all your new plants. We really did have a good time at the roundup...you are such a sweetie! We WILL get together real soon. Miss ya girl.
Again, I aplogize kaykay.

Cincinnati, OH

No biggie. Donna would you like any of them?

Huntington Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Thank you for the offer kaykay, but the season is getting short for them here at my house now too.
I will pass for now.
