Hi,
This summer I had a lily that didn't sprout. So I dug it up and found a semi healthy buld ( I think), actually 2, with brown spots and little tiny bugs eating the brown spots. I put the bulbs in a pot a watered and then set the pot in my basement. So here I am with the bulbs but no sprouts. The outer scales have shriveled but there is several healthy looking scales and it still is in the shape of a bulb.
Anyway, what would be the best way to encourage these to grow? Should I scale and make bulblets? I guess I would prefer to try to grow the bulbs first. Should I potup and set in the frig for a few weeks and then bring them back out? I don't mind growing them in my home with a grow light.
Thank you for all of your help...

Sick Bulbs
Dont No what it is . But I would dip them in a fungicide/Insecticide Mix like what is used for roses.
