Thought it would be a fun question.
My favorite one is Lovage mhhhh….
Use it in almost enything; in soups, stews or when I boil my pattoes or other vegs.
Also as garnish (finely choped), in rice, marinades and I could go on for ever.
After a hard days work in the garden I love to take some leafs, and put them in a big cup.
Ad boiling water, leave it for a few minutes and it is ready to drink
(leave the leaves in there though)
mhhhh….. It staste a bit like a maggie cube
