Blue Picotee Deja Vu

I was quite surprised to see what the original Blue Picotee vine presented me this morning. Split petals again! All the others have been either singles or normal doubles. This almost confirms that the deformities during the Messenger Saga were genetic rather than an outside influence. Alas there is no pollen on this one. I would have liked to cross it with it's offspring.

Thanks .. this plant has been a continuing source of wonder! If it does it again I hope there is some pollen present so I can cross it with it's offspring. The offspring's seed pods are close to maturing .. Can't wait to see what the 2nd generation will do.
