I have been watching these 2 red color catapillers munching on leaves of the plant in the third pic..I know it is in the Sphinix Hawk family but???

They changed colors when I touched the plant...

This is the plant that they were munching the leaves on..I included a pic of the yellow flower.

Could be Eumorpha fasciata - Banded Sphinx
