I was afraid it would not bloom since it seems to wait forever to. But it has buds and one opened this morning. I have three of them altogether, so maybe I will get more flowers from the others too.

Not very tall yet. I think if I dig it and over winter it with the brugs it might start branching and filling out next year. I have one across the yard that is about 5 ft. Tall. The one with the flower is only about three feet. Plantfiles says they can get 10 to 12 feet tall. That would definitely take another year of growth as it is getting pretty late in the season and it has been very dry this year also.
