Help avoiding aphids this year?

I agree with Eggs on the mantids. I only use them because I have so many in the yard. But they are not the perfect GH beneficial.

Molly for spider mites, Neem or soap spray work, but a blast of water works nearly as well.

Thanks SB! I hadn't checked this thread recently. I've been using the soap spray and it has made a big difference. I also picked up some sticky things for whiteflies but I'm not impressed with it. I don't have a severe infestation but I like to keep things under control so it doesn't become one.
