Okay, I selected this plant from a seed exchange for no other reason than, well...anyway. But, I have been pleasantly surprised by how attractive this small shrub has turned out to be. Not only that, but look how much growth it has put on in this single season from May until yesterday. It hasn't flowered yet, but all Hypericum flowers basically look the same, and I can't imagine a bad one. Last May's picture.

Hypericum erectum
Seems to be a seedling of the selection 'Sea Alice'.
VV, I've never heard of that selection (or, for that matter, this straight species) before. Would this be one to look for if one were to ever venture from their home and find themselves at, say, Bernheim?
