I just love getting up in the morning to see what is waiting in the greenhouse for me.

What wonderful colors! How large are the flowers? What is the name of them? They are just compelling- you can't beat blues!

Really nice flowers, nice shot with the backlighting.

Thanks! They are a Blue Picotee X Mini-Bar Rose. A mating of desperation to save genes from deformed flowers.

I never realized just how diry my greenhouse walls were until I saw this picture. It's morning sun filtered through dirty polycarbonate walls. I let them stay dirty all summer so the light is filtered inside the greenhouse. In about 3 weeks I'll empty out the greenhouse and give it a good cleaning inside and out and take off the shade cloth. The crud on the panels wipes right off if sprayed first with 409 cleaner.
