CLOSED: Big fierce wasp

This fellow was scavenging what is left of the oregano. It's a big wasp and very 'twitchy'...always flicking it's wings. normal position is folded over the back, but constantly flicking them.

Yep, that's it...got some great shots...possibly both sexes..they certianly looked different ,but the same too.
