CLOSED: Black Setwing or Blue Dasher Female?

Originally I believed this to be a female Black Setwing. I found her perched on some oak out in my wood pile. The same location a male Black Setwing was the day before. After further review, I'm not sure . . . think'n this may be female Blue Dasher? Since there are no images of Black Setwing Females available on BugGuide and I'm still learning all these . . . . Can anyone help?

Originally I looked at the images of the Black Setwing female on Dragonflies.org (Digital Dragonflies) they are scans vs photos and I thought it looked like the same one . . . but I'm still not sure.

Here's another one taken today . . . with better lighting. I think it's the same specimen, so the same question applies.

I've checked a few more references and now I'm leaning back to the Black Setwing - due to the dark wing tips.
