I MANAGED TO KEEP ONE ALIVE THIS YEAR. IT IS POTTED, AND ITS LEAVES ARE DARK GREEN.
WHAT DO I DO NOW TO HELP IT BLOOM NICELY?
POINSETTIAS IN FLORIDA
we have a great florida forum and i would post this question over there. i know that they have to have total darkness for so many hours to bloom well, but the people over there can better tell you exactly what to do. they are easy to grow in florida and they can get huge; they also have quite a lot of pests in my experience with them. the ones at Fairchild Gardens aren't in total darkness, just a regular spot in the garden and they bloom beautifully.
