This annual vine which I cannot remember the name of always reseeds itself and covers my Chamaecypris pisifera "Gold Dust" each year. This thing is a beauty. Just thought I'd share it.

A picture that doesn't belong here
I believe the caterpillar is that of a black swallowtail butterfly which feeds on plants in the carrot family.
The red is Cardinal climber, Ipomea something. Hummingbird really do like it, as do I.
Hey, they all belong here. Trees, shrubs, and their associates all should be invited to participate IMHO, as long as you have good pics. Edie plants fennel (and dill) for the same reason, BTW.
