That's a Euonymus atropurpureus, which is amply produced by a neighboring enterprise Wahoo Wadi.

Yeah, I'm feeling pretty decrepitensis these days. Pain all down my right side, from my shoulder to my calf, with special emphasis blaring away in my right quad. Darvocet is barely keeping me sane. Results from my MRI tomorrow.

And, yep, VV's got it right, as always. Before too long those bright seedpods should be ready to have their pictures taken.
