Is there a trick to get these to bloom? Also, if they don't bloom can they be overwintered indoors or should I try to take cuttings? The foliage is beautiful on its own, but sure would like to get some seeds.

You can try a judicious application of a bloom booster like phosphorus...it might help and it won't hurt...
