These come around all the time and they are beautitful colors dark black and yellow - can you tell me their name?

Looks good to me, ceejaytown. There are soooo many wasps... I noticed the one site has a whole section of "inconnu" wasps - French for unknown, lol. Hopefully, someone will come along here and shed some light...

I agree, you have a Mason Wasp (Monobia quadridens) in the family Vespidae.
