Yes; "organic" means one thing in the US (though less and less) -- and entirely different in Peru.
I know milk comes from I cow. I have been there and done that. Thank goodness we don't have to milk. Daries are a lot of work...We supply beef, although it is extremely hard work at least we don't have to touch every cow every 12 hours to milk them. I know that the darie farmers get ripped off. From an ag stand point milk is dirt cheap......but so are all of our commodities.
