Why Is It every time i'm on ebay looking for plants, I see sellers stating that they don't replace damaged or broken plants due to postal error. That cracks me up. So, if we tell them that their plant wasn't packaged properly, that the box was in tact, they still don't cover the plant? I just don't get it. Then they say, if you want a refund on damaged plants they require insurance. I thought one couldn't get insurance on plants because their parishable. Sooo, is thisnot true? you can or can't buy insurance on plants.
I tend to stay away from ebayers that say they aren't responsible for plants damaged in the mail. Are they going to believe you when you say it wasn't the p.o. fault but their packing methods?
