I found this little critter on a butterfly bush the other day. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? It's about 1/2 inch long.

Thanks for your help. The bug has been added to the BugFiles. Actually, I looked there for it first, but since I didn't know its name, it's kind of hard to look it up!
