I'm still of the strong impression that the binomial is Ipomoea santillianii as I mentioned in the above linked thread, and as the following links to Ipomoea santillianii show for comparison to the bloom structures that LIsa's plant had displayed...

B & T World Seeds have a synonym list on some plants and there Quebra Plata is listed as the same as Ipomoea santillianii.
