Crab Spider sometimes called Ghost Spiders. They lay in wait for prey to go by and grab it with the long front legs.

Princessnonie, it looks like one of the many different crab spiders. They are also called Flower Spiders. They eat other bugs (good and bad), caterpillars and Butterflies.
