Sorry, this is the clearest pic I could get and it's still fuzzy.

Anyone know what these are?

Good or bad?

They look like nymphs of true bugs, like stink bugs or assassins. Stink bugs can be bad or neutral. Box elder bugs harmless (but irritating to some). Assassin bugs are predators that lurk in flowers and ambush pests (GREAT!!!), and also devour butterflies (don't watch). Assassin bugs are sensitive to pollution & chemicals, so if you have them, you have a healthy ecosystem. :-)

Someone with more knowledge of your area can help you from there, but be happy that you don't have the Spotted Japanese Stink Bug that someone set loose here in the L.V.! It's spread to most of NY, NJ, DE, & DC! They have trouble controlling it in JAPAN! Birds won't touch it. Spiders are the only thing that seem to go after it.
