That's awesome Xeramtheum! I have a peony that looks like that, it bloomed exactly 4 days this spring. Hope your blooms last longer.

Thanks! .. the flowers apparently last just one day. I've had it for 2 years so it's probably 3 years old since it was described as a 1 year old plant in the Wayside Catalogue. I hand pollinated the 2nd flower just to make sure since they only last 1 day. If I get seeds, I'm going to plant every one since I have a greenhouse. So if everything goes like it should, I will probably have some for trade next spring!
