That's creepy!

Bubba....could you see the orb, in the last picture, without your camera?

Missouri City, TX

Something strange - more than just a light reflection.

Awesome Bubba!

I got a few pictures with small orbs. The best one was of you and Linda. There's an orb over her head and one to the right of her.

I think your camera lenses got sprayed with water some where along the line. My lenses get dirty like that sometimes too. LOL

Sugar Land, TX(Zone 9a)

Awww Ceejay....you're just jealous.

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 9a)

It was probably from your ectoplasm thingy...

How did you sleep last night?

And BTW, thanks much for your advice with the computer. The crash was the biggy, but I had started having trouble when I shut it down before - getting lots of errors. It seems to be working normally now. :-)

Sugar Land, TX(Zone 9a)

I slept like a baby.

Glad it's all working okay. Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong. Toss the coin. LOL!

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 9a)

Hey, that's true of life. But don't tell my DH!

Lindsay, OK(Zone 7a)

Great photos! Tell me there are more...

love that face... have you thought about sending it to TAPS?

Missouri City, TX

Kristi,
Linda said her meter kept going off in that corner - maybe "William" was there for us.

Mitch,
Is TAPS Texsa Assn. of Sherriffs and Police?

Sugar Land, TX(Zone 9a)

Bubba, I think he was indeed!

Here's a shot I took of the ceiling in the pub. Lot's of orbs.

I actually ended up with about 12 pictures that have orbs in them.

knolan.......
At the library, was checking out a few books, including Susannah's Garden and some cookbooks. A woman was returning Amy Tan's, The Hundred Secret Senses. I decided it was fate...so asked for it. After I got home...and it was dark...I opened Tan's book..............ooooohhhhhhhhh...husband's out of town.......no, no! Threw it down and will wait till he returns to read it. Not only turned on alarm....locked the bedroom door! And I only read the jacket! You should have warned me! Just kidding, I can't wait to read it, but will......
Forgot the Tucson story to tell you. We were there in the late 70's. There were always UFO sightings out by us in the desert. One Halloween, we went to a costume party. DH was Oscar the Grouch (in a trash can) and I was Big Bird.....huge yellow furry costume stuffed with paper...giant chicken feet and claws (we won too). Anyway, we get home, he goes to bed and I let the dog out one last time...still dressed as giant chicken, about 1 AM. We lived slap out in the desert up against the Rincon Mtns. I'm standing out there all alone by the pool and look up to see a pulsing light coming over the mountains, getting way too close. And I realize that.... if it is a ......UFO...and it swoops down...and it scoops me up.....I'm going to have a tough time explaining "costume." I ran...slap, slap, slap, on my chicken feet into the house...screeching...UFO, UFO! To which my husband responded, "Go to bed." Two weeks later, at a Squadron party, some of the guys were telling a story about having a neighborhood party out near us and the neighbors getting freaked out seeing "something flying and pulsing in the sky as they were breaking up the party.......same night...I was vindicated......hmmmmm....

Bubbles, that is really creepy (and funny too....wish you had pictures to post)! Don't you love it when your story is backed up by others? Oh, you are going to sooo love that book. There's really nothing scary in it....just a wonderful read from beginning to end. Now I'm reading "The Bonesetter's Daughter" also by Amy Tan. It's not quite as good as the "Senses" though.

We had a great time on the ghost tour and you wouldn't believe how many pictures I took that actually have orbs in them. I was really surprised.

My husband isn't a big believer in ghosts but even he admits that the pictures are weird. And something really strange happened here last Thursday. He had just come home and we were standing in the living room (he hadn't even put his stuff down yet) when all of a sudden we heard a crash in the kitchen. He looks around the corner and yells, "fire!" and we go running in there to find the grate on one of my stovetops knocked off the stove and the stove on with flames coming out. I had only been home 10 minutes and hadn't been near that thing since the night before. Creeped us both out pretty bad. Especially since it's gas. Lot's of weird little "goings on" like that latey.

Austin, TX(Zone 8b)

Uhhh...you didn't take anything home with you from the tour, did you?

Sugar Land, TX(Zone 9a)

That's exactly what my hubby said! I don't think so or at least I certainly hope not. I can't imagine. Honestly, I kinda thought the tour was just "all in fun" until I got home and downloaded my pictures. That was a bit of a surprise because you don't see anything like that with the naked eye.

Austin, TX(Zone 8b)

That 's pretty scary. Of course, I'd use it to keep from having to cook for a while....faulty stove and all......You may just have to have an exorcism......let's see....you'll need a group of us 'believers' and ummm, some wine....and then we'd have to think up some stuff to get the spirit to leave...and then more wine.....

Sugar Land, TX(Zone 9a)

oh yes, wine is most definitely called for and also an excuse not to cook (or to cook, depending on how you look at it). We just may have to do something along these lines.

Okay...got to go to sleep...but one more Tucson story....next door neighbors were retired military. He was a dentist. He and I would "visit" early in the mornings when we were working in our front yards. Super nice guy. He had an extensive specimen cactus garden between our houses. (I had what the landscaper provided to the builder to tempt us to buy the house).... Anyway, he suffered a massive coronary after about a year and there was a memorial service, no funeral. About a month after the service, his wife came over to visit and I mentioned that I always thought about Nick when I was out front early in the mornings. She said that was interesting since she decided he was happiest in his garden so had spread his ashes between the houses............. Great... Wind storms that day. Couldn't wait for DH to get home that evening. We had these 12" marble window sills...and when he walked in, I started dusting...saying, 'excuse me, Nick.... I was not into my 'sensitive phase' at that time. Was creepy for a while...then just kinda funny....His wife told later us he would 'come to her' in her dreams and tell her what she needed to do.......
When husband is out of town...I tell myself NOT to have bad dreams before I fall asleep!

Sugar Land, TX(Zone 9a)

Whew! That gave me goosebumps. But it is funny (I'm holding it in, of course),

Sweet Dreams!!!!! Please!
