alien bug appears to be eating other bugs

other bugs. They are on a Crepe Myrtle we cut down but if sent up new growth. It has the black mildew on the tops side of the leaves. So is this white fly larva and what the heck is eating in the first pic

Explanation of your scenario in pic 2: Aphids suck juice out of crape myrtle leaves, but can't digest all the sugars. Sticky substance called "honeydew" drops from aphids' rear ends onto other leaves in which the black sooty mold grows.

hmmm i thought lady bug larva looked like a wicked black creepy crawly lol. That little brown thing looks pretty bad to. It reared up on it's butt when the flash went off. Its mouth looks like a whiskered vacume cleaner ROFL

But it's a GOOD vacuum cleaner. I think the larvae are kinda pretty, but this pupa is pretty homely!

On the passi leaf, looks like a collection of eggs of something, doesn't it? But the pic on the underside of leaf doesn't really. Hope some bug-n-blight expert will shed some light on them.
