I put this request in the "seed saving" forum a few days ago and got no response so I thought I would try here, too, so hope that is ok.
I am wondering when to collect gloriosa seed pods. If I wait until they turn brown ,like you do daylily seed pods, then the seeds are dried up. Do you pull them when they are green then? If so, how do you know when they are "too" green? I am enclosing pic of the ones I pulled. Also , how long does it take to grow them from seeds and is it difficult? ( by the way , I am not really wanting to as I have plenty of tubers, but other folks have asked me about growing them from seeds and I didn't know what to tell them)
Thanks for any help you can give me!
Have you grown Gloriosa lily from seeds?
