Hello all i got this seed in trade it said it was a south African night lily.
I have tried to find info by googleing it but nothing good came of it.
I have gotten one of them to sprout and this is what it looks like, can any of you tell me if you have seen this plant before?
i know it is some type of MG at least that's what it looks like to me.
I need your Help please.

one more picture,...it looks like one of the night blooming vines i have what with the soft thorns but the leaves are different.
the last picture ,... I will get pictures of the bloom as soon as i get one.

The plant you have pictured above is almost certainly either Ipomoea alba or Ipomoea turbinata,but let's see how it continues to develop as both the flowerbuds and actual flowers will assist the ID substantially...

Soft 'thorny' protuberances along the stems are most often seen on the moonvine Ipomoea turbinata,and on Ipomoea setosa,but I have seen them also occur occasionally on Ipomoea alba...
