Moving Items from Journal to Journal

Can this be done? Move an item from one journal to another? I thought I remember reading somewhere that this is possible, but I peruse through my options in my journal, I find nothing. Am I just dreaming? I probably am. I have tried to make an effort going over past posts to see if my question has already been posed, and I've even tried the search but both with no success.

Any quick thoughts?

Yes, it can be done. Go into your journal and go to the page that has a table of your plants, find the one you want to move and click "View" in the last column. On the page that comes up, look down the list of things that you can do to that entry, one of them will say "Move to another journal"
