MG's and a stone wall..

Lonoke, AR(Zone 7b)

I planted some MG's along my stone wall, probably about 3 months ago now. At first they did great, growing, blooming and looked so healthy. They get full morning sun, actually...now that I think about it...they get about 8 hours of sun, almost directly that whole time, too. They are still blooming faithfully everyday and I can see definate growth, but they look a bit yellowish and just like they are struggling. My other MG located near my front porch is beautiful with full green leaves, so I was using that one to compare to the others. I dont water them much...maybe about every 3rd day I will let the water hose lay close and soak into the roots, but I dont water the stems and blooms at all ( I did that one time and knocked a bunch off...it was sad!) .

Any ideas or hints on what I am doing.....or what I need to look for?

Thanks so much!

Rhonda, I think it might be caused by too much water. I wouldn't
soak them. Morning glory's don't like to be too wet. My
humble opinion.

Check for insects that could be damaging the leaves. It looks like they are getting "sunburned" but it is really some kind of mites or aphids whatever sucking the juice out of the leaves. Also if you see little trails cut through it could be leaf miners.
