Does anyone have any recommendations for a top-notch certified or master arborist in the Los Angeles area? I have a mature avocado tree with a recently confirmed case of root rot and want to get someone to take a look.

The best person to ask about this in the area would be the Superintendant at the L.A. Arboretum.
His name is Timothy Phillips, and he's one of the best judges of skill and has a super network.
