I went out in the heat and humidity and brought home another plant..I am sooo bad..bad bad..LOL I finally found a double white oleander cheap.One gallon pot with blooms. BTW 92 and HUMID here today..jus like da tropics.

beautiful Kyle. LOL you wouldn't want to live on the MS Gulf Coast either. This humidity is really kicking our butts. You can only go outside for maybe an hour then you have to come in or pass out right where you stand. Our night time lows are a humid upper 70's already

A while back I found a double yellow, fragrant and big, beautiful blooms. I will now need to find a double white. I have the single white and the single hot pink already.

Beautiful Oleander, Kyle. It was high of 80 here today, about 60% humidity and the trades were blowing about 20kn. Really really pleasant.
And we need rain. None for over a week.
None for a WEEK??? we haven't had a decent rain in over two months.drier than arizona deserts here now.

Ok we have had rain for about 2 weeks now w/ a few days off and on; very hot and I am begining to grow mold between my toes- will gladly send some rain your way.

Kyle I have not seen that one either. Oh my gosh I have to find one of those. The one that I have is a dwarf it is called a petite peach.

Beautiful, at first the thumbprint looked like a gardenia, it's so pristine white. I have never seen a white oleander.
We don't have rain here from May-Nov. but that's normal for us, always seems odd to me when I see people complaining about no rain in the summer, to us, rain is for the winter months. When I visited FL in 2003 and it rained every afternoon and it was hot, that was so strange to me!
In the summer one needs gills to breathe in Florida. In the future, babies here will probably be born with them. :)
I love the double white Oleander! So pretty! I'm going to get me one someday. I have a red and pink (single bloomers) already. But the white really catches my eye.

Anybody know of an online nursery that sells the double white Oleander? I know I can't find it around here. They do excellent here in our climate.

i would love to get my paws on a double white as well. it's beautiful, eclipse. they are so easy to grow here as well. does anyone find the white to bloom more than the pink? my white one has twice as many blooms as the pink one right next to it.
The white does seem to bloom a little more heavily.Single and doubles.
We have them every color here. No problem. Hot as hades hree but when we do our walks in the am (7) its nice. Mostly I stay holed up in the house with the ac set at 75. Fran

i've never seen a variegated oleander....you really should share some pics! this is my kind of plant....nearly impossible to kill. LOL i love the peach, but haven't found a place for one yet.

Does anyone know a good online nursery source that sells these different colored oleanders????? I'm especially interested in locating the double white. I didn't realize they had a peach and yellow colored one.

they are at every lowe's, home depot, or nursery around here, so i've never had to order. let me know if you can't find any, maybe i could help.
It is not very big and I have not seen it bloom yet. I believe it is pink when it does bloom.
They are all over around here too but I don't believe I have ever seen a double white. Kyle's photo almost looks like a carnation.
