Kell, I can't believe the beauty. your mom must be saying "way to go my girl'. So stunning.
Your photography is so clear, brings it right into my home, thanks for sharing. Marie
Was this time of year a favorite of your Moms? Or maybe an anniversary or birthday of someone?
Hi Joelle, I do not think it was more special than other times. My DH came home yesterday and I gushed this to him and he is so nice. He just smiled and gave me a big hug. LOL. Anyway, he can't believe the color either even if he doubts my conclusion so I at least I am not seeing things! LOL
Thanks Marie!
She's lovin' this weather, grateful for the cool down!
Hope to see her in person soon!
She is beautiful Kell. Can't wait to see what the seedling crosses do
I have one just like this ..LOL True.
Very pretty :-)
Have been lurking here, and I just wanted to say I was so touched by the pictures of this awesome brug and what it represents..........a truly loving tribute!
Kell, my mom passed a few years ago, and a few weeks after that, I was sitting in the garden with my niece, and a butterfly landed on my left shoulder, and stayed perched there for 15 minutes. Both of us were absolutely convinced it was a very peaceful sign.
Oh thank you, Gracie. You know, it is so hard to wrap your mind around death being so final with no contact ever again, at least for me. I think you may be right about that butterfly!
Sue and Donna, I will start you a piece!
Alice, just do not name her Ruthie! LOL
Our weather is now very cool, went from a heat wave to the 60s. So Ruthie is now much lighter but still I think beautiful!
Oh my Kell, I just don't know how I missed this thread! What beautiful blooms on such a lovely named brug!!
Oh Kell, Your Brug is incredible. I do believe that your Mother is sending you love and thanks through her beautiful namesake. :)DonnaW.
Thank you Brinda and thank you DonnaW!
Oh what a touching story that just makes your eyes sting and everything *sniff sniff*
OH Kell you are such a wonderful daughter to do this.
Shannon
Kell,
A mother's love is one of the strongest bonds in the world and it
will continue to bear fruit through you and for you until it is finally
consumated again in heaven.
We DGers are blessed enough to be on the receiving end of your
delightful personality and your generosity. You don't know me but
I feel like I know you! Thanks for being yourself.
From my Texas heart to yours,
Louise
Kell
That is stunning. I love it and I am sure your Mom does too.
Now the big question is, How do I get one?
Linda
